I am educated within the field of Peace and Conflict Studies at Malmö University. I have experience in Organizational Development and Business Intelligence as a self-employed consultant. I have worked as a CSR Project Manager for Hifab AB and sat in the CSR competence group within the company. Social Impact Assessment and Social Audits are examples of what kind of services I have been carrying out. Conventions used include guidelines from ILO, SIDA, UN, OECD as well as the ISO26000 standard. I need to freshen up my knowledge since I have been working in another field for some time. Helped build an International NGO. I strongly believe in corporate social responsibility and that the UN Global Compact and the SDGs are great guidance for us to reach the goals set.
